Andrew Cuyugan McCullough is the general counsel for Syufy Enterprises. He was the executive vice president for business affairs, general counsel and corporate secretary at Century Theatres, Inc. until October 2006. In this role, Andrew oversaw all legal affairs and major business transactions for the nation's largest independent motion picture exhibitor.
Prior to joining Century Theatres in 1996, Andrew served as deputy city attorney for the San Francisco City Attorney's Office and, before that, was associated with Carroll, Burdick & McDonough, a general practice firm in San Francisco.
Andrew currently serves on the board of directors for the Marin County Bar Association. Previously, he served on the boards of the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Asian American Bar Association, and he was president of the Filipino Bar Association of Northern California from 1997 to 1998.
Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and his Juris Doctor from the Hastings College of Law, University of California. Andrew was born in Berkeley and raised in Singapore and London.
