Jerry Yang and Akiko Yamazaki -
Long before achieving success as the co-founder of Yahoo!, Jerry believed--as did his wife, Akiko Yamazaki--that young people should be involved in giving back to the community.
Jerry and Akiko support the Fund through multi-year gifts to the Annual Campaign. A commitment to make gifts over time enables the Fund to plan for the future more realistically and to expand our impact in the community.
Jerry and Akiko support multiple Bay Area education and arts organizations, such as the Asian Art Museum, East Asian Library (UC Berkeley), and San Francisco Ballet. Jerry and Akiko are co-chairs of the $1B Campaign for Undergraduate Education at Stanford, their alma mater.
